DOSSIER FOR TEENAGE - ADULT LEARNERS

The Dossier offers the learner the opportunity to document and illustrate achievements, experiences and samples of work and other documents as evidence of your competence in the languages learners recorded in the Language Biography or Passport part of the ELP. It helps to demonstrate to others what you are capable of.

The contents of the Dossier can be any of the following:

documents, diplomas, certificates
reports from tutors or teachers
examples of good written language work
audio/video recordings
descriptions and results of project work
course descriptions
reflections on language learning progress
statements from others about your language skills
things learners would like to keep and show others

The decision about what goes in the Dossier is the learner’s. Learners can update it as often as they like and replace older work with more recent work. Or they may want to keep older work to show they have made progress.
