What browser should I use?

The web page is optimized for Mozilla Firefox and minimum screen resolution 1024 x 768 pixels. This browser is free of charge, and available for almost all operating systems. You can download it here. You can also use other browser but some activities may look different and some functionality may be limited. The Javascript should be enabled (default for most browsers) and you should have Adobe Flash Player installed (version 9 or higher). You can download Adobe Flash Player here.

I can't hear anything. What should I do?

All audio files are stored in mp3 format. Your computer must be able to play sounds. If you don't hear any sound check the following:

Do your computer have the hardware to play sound (sound card, speakers)?
Do the hardware is turned on?
Do the sound is enabled in your operating system?
Can you hear sounds from other applications?
Do you have Adobe Flash Player installed?
Do you have Javascript enabled in your browser?

Why there are three different icons to play sounds?

There are three different ways to play audio implemented. There are three icons, each of them related to different audio players.

When you click this icon, you use Yahoo media player. To use it you need Javascript enabled and Adobe Flash Player installed (version 9 or higher). You can download Adobe Flash Player here.

When you click this icon, you use Google Reader MP3 Player based on Adobe Flash Player. To use it you need Javascript enabled and Adobe Flash Player installed (version 9 or higher). You can download Adobe Flash Player here.

When you click this icon, you use the default player configured in your system to play mp3 sound files. We don't know what player will be used. It depends on your system configuration. If you don't have software to play mp3 sound files on your machine, you can't use the icon. You do not need Adobe Flash Player to use this option.
